I agree with this article 100%. This new legislation is great because it stops many, many families and young children from being victimized. Stories like these make my reasons for a new welfare system even stronger. We could seriously benefit from a new welfare system; the government and all Americans. I'm strongly behind this legislation because it stands for what I believe is right!
